Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Boulder Tech Ltd., a limited liability company registered in Bulgaria under UIC 205963372 ("we", "us"), which operates Closer. By subscribing you agree to them.

What the service is

Closer places a recurring automated phone call, at a time you choose, about a single commitment you have set for yourself. The call uses a synthetic voice and is designed to persuade you to start that commitment. It works on the goal you declared and nothing else: it will not introduce a goal of its own, will not expand what you committed to, and will never carry marketing or promotional content.

Closer is for adults only, and the number you give us must be your own.

Consent to be called and texted

When you sign up you are asking us to place automated calls and send text messages to the number you confirm, including a call placed immediately. That consent is not a condition of any purchase other than this service, and you can withdraw it at any time as described below. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.

Calls are recorded

Every call is recorded and transcribed, so your closer can learn what actually gets you moving. You agree to that recording when you subscribe, before any call is placed. How we handle the recordings is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Price, renewal and cancellation

• The subscription is $10 per month for the first 100 subscribers, then $15 per month. The price you join at is locked for twelve months.
• We authorize your card before your first call and charge it only if that call connects.
• The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel, and your card is charged on each renewal.
• You can cancel at any time — one tap in the product, or by replying STOP to any message from us. Saying "stop" on a call does the same. Cancelling is at least as easy as signing up.
• Cancelling takes effect immediately: the calls and messages end at once and you are not charged again. We do not refund the current month unless the law requires it.
• If we change the price, we will tell you in advance and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Stopping everything

STOP is permanent and crosses every channel. It ends the calls, ends the messages, cancels the subscription, and voids any pending charge authorization. There is no path in the product that argues with it.

What Closer is not

Closer is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or emergency advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care. It cannot reach emergency services. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line. You are responsible for the commitments you set and for what you do about them, including whether any physical activity you commit to is safe for you.

Acceptable use

Do not use Closer to set a commitment that is illegal, that would harm you or anyone else, or on behalf of someone who has not asked for it. Do not give us a number that is not yours. We can suspend or end an account that breaks these rules.

Availability

We work to place every call on schedule, but we depend on carriers and networks we do not control, and we do not guarantee that any individual call is delivered on time or at all.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and your mandatory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law, and the courts of Bulgaria have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and tell you before a material change affects you. Continuing to use Closer after that means you accept the change.
